Founded in 1978 by Nikos S. Kefalidis, KLM Equities is a privately owned investment firm with more than one million square feet of real estate developed and a portfolio of more than 55 properties, including approximately 1,000 residential units in New York City and net-leased property throughout the country.

Under Elias Kefalidis, the portfolio is presented here as cultural infrastructure: landmark theaters, restored facades, retail rooms, residential lofts, and urban sites where architecture, history, tenants, and public life meet.
