Originally erected in 1893, the former manufacturing building recently underwent a complete gut renovation and restoration of its historic brick and terra cotta facade.

The work reintroduced the cornice, cast-iron storefront, and shutters, then shaped four luxury rental units and ground-floor retail.
History
The building’s industrial past remains legible through its material envelope, while the restored details return its street presence.
Cultural context
10 Hubert sits in the quieter register of Tribeca luxury: composed, private, and dense with craft.
