95 Fifth Ave

Overview

This Beaux Arts mixed-use building in New York’s Flatiron District was designed by acclaimed architect Robert Maynicke and built in 1899-1900. Acquired by an affiliate of KLM in 2002, the building underwent a gut renovation in 2007-2008, which included a restoration of the historic limestone façade, all new mechanical systems, the addition of a penthouse, and the reintroduction of the original balustrade and storefront bay windows. The corner property currently houses two floors of retail, four full-floor office spaces, and two luxury rental loft apartments.
