Overview
Built in 1863 and located in what is now Soho’s Cast Iron Landmark District, this five-story building once served as the New York State Soldier's Depot, a temporary home for Union soldiers returning from the Civil War. A gut renovation completed in 2009 restored the historic building to its former glory, transforming the once-neglected space into six luxury artist lofts and a 3,000 square foot ground floor retail space.
